We loved our stay at Casale Alessandri and were sad we couldn't stay longer! The gardens and house are beautiful, comfortable and peaceful, close to everything you need but immersed in nature. The views are fantastic as is the swimming pool. Food is wonderful and fresh and everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay and can't recommend it enough!

The range of food available for the breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The hotel building was beautifully quaint and old world. The town of Todi was like something from a fairytale especially the little narrow roads that were a joy to walk. A special mention for the hotel staff who went well beyond the call of duty to make our stay a very enjoyable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hortus! A newly constructed hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside. Manuela, one of the owners, was so kind to us and really cared about our experience (we were a group of friends, some of which have never been to Umbria). We would strongly recommend you also dine in the restaurant as the food is out of this world!!! The chef, Manuela's mum, cooks so well and puts all her heart and soul in her dishes that you will never want the dinner to finish. Great selection of wines too! We felt so sad to leave Hortus, but can't wait to be back soon. Thank you Manuela and your team for all the love and care!

Everything, it was the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Giada, the girl working there was the nicest, most helpful person. She was a pleasure to deal with. Breakfast was great and the apartment was stunning.
