we absolutely loved our 2 day stay here. the receptionist was a total sweetheart. she had us all ready to check in early as our flight was very early. she had out too. ready. she arranged our taxi to the port with no issues. she went above and beyond. rooms are excellent. totally updated to nicest of everything. location is awesome. we spent two days before we left for a cruise and I told my wife the time before the cruise was a highlight of our trip for me.

The staff is beyond amazing. They offer taxi service if you don’t find a taxi nearby. That saved us twice and we will always be thankful. The facilities are excellent, clean, comfortable, well located specially if you have a cruise ship to take. I just regret we didn’t stay longer to taste the food. The restaurant looks great and it has a nice terrace.

Stayed there because we have 2 large service dogs. Although we didn't let them off leash, we have long leashes, they enjoyed the grassy area. The room was clean, large enough, and comfortable. The restaurant was quite good and a good selection of wines from Italy. The food was also very good. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to the ship. The taxi was one of the few that took us on the pier directly to the entrance of our ship. They handled the luggage, which was 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Would return again. Too bad we didn't get there several days earlier as it was quite enjoyable.
