Location is great,it captures the spirit of old vintage Italy, the staff is always with a smile and at your service,the pool was clean and at perfect temp not too warm not too cold,close to Gardaland,the breakfast was great,the system of air conditioning in the room,it goes off automaticaly when you open the window and viceverse it goes on when you close the window,everything was spot on,maybe the best ever value for money that we've experienced on our travels

Very friendly personal. We were there with family and a dog in the March. Bungalov was clean, new equipment and 2 units of climatization in the summer or heating when it is cold. 7 units of bungalovs are situated in olive grove which is in the evening lighted. We got to stay free one entrance for each person to nearby thermal park with hot outdoor spring 32-39 dg of Celsius. We were there in the evening....it was very beautifull. The reception is in the restaurant Country House Le Palazzole and to this place navigate your navigation. It was very nice and beautifull starý with many experiences. I recommend it and if we have the chance we will come back again.

Very spacious and modern, our apartment was opposite to the reception and the pool, had plenty of parking lots. We only stayed for 1 night, but next time maybe we'll stay more as there are plenty of things to do there. It os located in a village known for its thermal water and spas.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Residenza Eden. The owner, Christina and her staff, are all very nice and welcoming ♡! The place is situated in a small village Cola, next to Terme Cola and a great public children's playground cca 3 mins away. We traveled with our 6y old and having a playground nearby was fantastic. The swimming pool area is very well maintained and just looks lovely. Every second day, a cleaning lady cleans the apartment. It was almost as staying in a hotel. Location is really practical and a short drive from Sirmione, Lazise and many other small villages/cities in the area that are really worth the visit.

    Clean tranquil small town with just enough services, restaurants, parks, multiple parking lots, camp ground, stores, pharmacies and close to Garda Lake attractions. Lots of bicyclists! You can walk to everything. My favorite place is the thermal lake and park which has everything you need for one day: sun beds ($), tables and chairs indoors and outdoors (take out your food on a tray or picnic with your own food) and around the lake, restrooms, lockers, showers, hair dryers, bar serving pizza, sandwiches, cake and ice cream and alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and cafeteria serving hot dishes, etc. Golf cart transport from entrance for the disabled.

    The apartment was spacious, and extremely clean, with antique furniture that gave it a special charm. Towels were provided, the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has a washing maschine and drier. We got the key from a little box with a code which was quite handy as we arrived quite late. Close to both Verona and lake Garda. You can park your car within the garden behind closed gates.

    Nice staff!! We really liked everybody working in this hotel: from the reception to bar and restaurant, the people were smiling and very kind helped and serve us. Delicious breakfast! Very confortable beds. Good value for the money, we payed very little for 2 nights and recieved more.

    This was a lovely stay near Lake Garda. Perfect for exploring the small towns and visiting Gardaland and Movieland. Great host and beautiful hotel, best part was the breakfast in the morning sun.
