We had a very comfortable — though short — stay. Monique had prepared everything with care and attention to detail to ensure our comfort. The place was spotless, the fridge was fully stocked, and everything was just perfect. It’s a pity we only stayed one night!

Lovely little hotel. Recently renovated. Offers little touches that go beyond expectations. Bedroom slippers, king-size mattress, toiletries. Breakfast room has an extensive view of the lake. Convenient walking distance to Ferry pier and not far from the castle.

Everything! We are quite spoiled travellers and have stayed in many 5-star hotels but Casa Fantini was exceptional in everything. 😀 Amazing rooms and views on the lake (we had a suite and a double room). 😀 Design of the house and the interior and the rooms is absolutely magnificent. We love Piero Lissoni design. 😀 Comfortable and cosy outdoor space with a nice pool area 😀 Lovely breakfast - can’t wish for more or better - served outdoor or semi-outdoor 😀 Best staff ever with an exceptional service mind set

I don't normally leave reviews but we've just got back from a long weekend on Lake Maggiore, and I can honestly say the Relais Casali della Cisterna was fantastic. Its a beautiful hotel, with brilliant owners that made our stay really fabulous! I would highly recommend 👌

The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

    If you are keen to drive 8km from the main road up into the...

    If you are keen to drive 8km from the main road up into the mountains to search for an unidentified appartment and you like to find out where to find your keys to get into it, you are in the right place. Unless you don't check your booking web-site for potential hints how to get into the building, you will never know what epects you there. 'Garden view' against a concrete wall and no pan to heat water for your morning tea. WIFI works properly and tranquillity in the night is unpayable. Don't expect a bar or restaurant in the village - there is absolutely nothing.
