Beautiful and quite place, where you can slow down and relax. Room was clean and got everything what we needed, it's not a luxurious place inside, but very comfortable and spacious, and the view from your windows is fantastic. I didn't expect that a bed would be so comfortable, but I had a really nice sleep that night. My experience with their staff is highly positive. The communication was great, we got responses via booking.com very quickly, and they explained everything in the details. They really went above and beyond to take care of our stay, honestly the best experience with the hotel personnel I've ever had.

We stayed in a bigger apartment than originally booked. It was bigger, more spacious and more amenities which was much better for the few days we were there. The apartment was very cosy. The bed super comfortable. Views impeccable and had everything we needed. Good value for money. Idea location for getting train to Florence and Pisa.

The place was very beautifull, and we had all the facilities in the hart of nature. It was easy to get there by car, nearby is a restaurant, the host expected us with Milk and biscuits, which the children enjoied. The rooms are big, the bathroom clean.

Very calm and at the same time family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great in the summer heat and has a great view, overlooking a sunflower field. We stayed at one of the apartments which was very practical with children. We were able to prepare simple dinner for them one day they were too tired to go out. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort’s restaurant a couple of nights. The food was very good and the outdoor setup is beautiful in the evening. We would definitely come back.

    A hidden gem. Of all the restaurants we frequented outside of Colleoli, the best was 5 minutes from our accommodations. Our reasons for being there took us away from the city proper but everything we experienced there was lovely.

    I was truly impressed by the tranquility and breathtaking views Fattoria di Colleoli offered. The serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape and served as a splendid base for exploring the cities of Tuscany. The clean and refreshing pool was a delightful oasis, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate. Moreover, the staff's friendliness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend.

    Very beautiful place in pisteresque landscape. Surrounding is stunning. 2 very clean and beautiful swimming pools. Our room was clean and very good size. Everything clean and staff friendly. Restaurant on the hotel was much better then the restaurant across the street ( do not order meat there). Value for money 😉

    property has an old world charm…. a castle converted to a hotel. My studio room was spacious & very comfortable. Great breakfast & a great place to base yourself & do day trips in Tuscany. A car is essential if you stay here to enjoy the area.

    Rural setting. Good food. Swimming pools. Very obliging staff. We like Palaia, the local town — and enjoy the c25 minute walk from Borgo Colleoli. We also like I Tigli, the family run restaurant nearby.
