Leonardo and Vincenzo are excellent hosts. The villa is very historic. It’s almost like living in a castle. Extensive gardens with fruit trees, olive grove and vineyards. They produce their own wine and olive oil. Definitely have the wine tasting with food - it was fantastic ! There are cats, chickens and peacocks. There is good parking opposite the villa. Restaurants are in walking distance.

Extremely delighted with the stay. The owners were absolutely lovely, helped us get there and welcomed us warmly. Eduardo helped us with the suitcases and made us a wonderful dinner. The breakfast was great, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, with an AC unit so we could manage the temperature as we liked. I particularly like the fact that the bathroom is outside the bedroom, making it much more pleasant from a noise and privacy point of view. The house has some space where I could get some work done and the WiFi was fast enough. Iana also offers yoga classes for which unfortunately we did not have time this time around but will definitely do once we're back. Thank you! P.S. Attached are some pictures of the nearby places and the dinner we had.

Peaceful, beautiful and newly renovated hotel in the beautiful countryside. Good parking area. There was also good air conditioning. And we had delicious dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice. Receptionist is very friendly and we felt very welcomed. It was awesome to visit in this hotel.

    A perfect fall out base to visit Le Marche.

    A perfect fall out base to visit Le Marche. Must try : 'non solo Bollicine', a little restaurant not for from the hotel with amazing fish dishes and top-service. Go for the suggestions of the waitress. Wow. For meat lovers, go to 'Ado Carni Braceria'. Excellent grilled meat. First time in my life I couldn't finish a steak (so big). Le Marche is half the price of Tuscany with 5% of the foreign tourists. Heaven.
