Comiso has no public transport and Uber does not work here.
Comiso has no public transport and Uber does not work here. The only way to get around is to get a taxi or rent a car. the town is a little old and run down but has its charm. Most places are closed in the afternoon 1-5. They open in the morning and evening. There is a lovely cafe called The Meet Cafe-the staff are super friendly and helpful. They heled us find our way around the town, would have arranged a transfer to airport to get a rental car and helped us with the language, amazing staff!. Disio is a fantastic restaurant in the town for some authentic sicilian food. Service was great too.Guest review byJackieIreland

We only stayed one night in Comiso, but it was unforgettable thanks to Fabjan, truly the best host we’ve ever had. He picked us up from the airport, showed us around town, and even treated us to breakfast the next morning. We were allowed to stay in the apartment until our evening flight, and he brought us back to the airport as well. So kind, thoughtful, and helpful — couldn’t have asked for more.
