Everything was superb! One of the best experiences we had, with a view to the mountains. It is basically next to the ski lift, so while being there during the summer we had a lovely time hiking around. We were in an apartment, having a bedroom a spacious living room and a separate bathroom. And the spa part, simply awesome! I would also highlight how friendly and flexible the staff was. Thanks!

Great reataurant, wonderful spa with pool and several saunas, including a tirolian sauna. We got very good service and tips from the hotel reception. Breakfast was absolutely one of the best I have had in hotels. In the evening we had a gala dinner for a reasonable price. Hiking paths start very near the hotel. The room was quiet. The spa was open from 7-19, we enjoyed it very much!

The vibes in this hotel are immaculate. The staff at the reception probably speaks every single language there is. Impressive! What is more impressive is the food. Please, do your self a favour and book the half board option. The diner is out of this world, and it is a three-course menu with a huge selection of salad buffet. Lecker! Beds are really comfortable and the staff is really friendly. The service is 10/10. At this time of year the hotel was not full so we enjoyed a day in the spa which had a hot tub and saunas. It was a super experience. 😁 The road there probably gave me a panic attack, but it was all worth it.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Our room was two stories connected by a very narrow winding staircase which the kids loved but wouldn't be great for a person with less than full mobility. I'm sure there are other rooms but just something to be aware of.

    If you like a quieter and more peaceful place to stay in I would choose Badia. Corvara was quite touristy. Also unfortunately Corvara does not have a well stocked supermarket, there is a DeSpar but it’s quite sad. There are two bakeries which are nice ones in Corvara. Food options are mostly only Italian food

    Corvara is an excellent base for exploring the area.

    Corvara is an excellent base for exploring the area. It is much higher and cooler than Bolzano. It is much smaller and easier to navigate than Cortina. It has access to very easy alpine meadow trails and more challenging rocky places above the tree line.

    Area is fabulous. Hotel trying to charge for pool/spa . They put us in one of their old rooms. Which was not worth the fee. I don’t know why they did that we were one of the few guests that had booked in all week .I thought that was pretty poor of them . The hotel did not inform booking.com there was a fee for using the pool. Pretty mean all round . They knew we not happy and they simply did not care. Unacceptable

    We didn't visit any of the other small network of towns...

    We didn't visit any of the other small network of towns around Badia, however Corvara seemed the right mix of small town charm and big enough to have a variety of restaurants. We were there at peak season between Christmas and New Years and most restaurant reservations were fully booked already. Next time we will book those earlier.

    Great location for hiking , cycling with loads of paths and hiking trails within walking distance to start. The town has everything you will need and is a great place to stay to see all the sites within 2 hours max

    Corvara is an ideal base for exploring this spectacular region. Multiple ski lifts afford easy access to countless hiking trails. The village is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of bar and restaurant options. Local busses shuttle between nearby villages and lift stations. Numerous e-bike rental outlets. Already planning to return next year... to participate in the fabulous Sellaronda Bike Day...!

    Location: center of the town, 200m to the lift, 50m when returning from ski. Corvara is the best location to explore Sellaronda. Brand new: Everything seems new, spotless. Felt like we were the first to use the room. Modern equipment, ski room, sauna and etc.. Apartment: Large, full of light, comfortable and properly appointed and equipped with really modern and functional appliances. Giant TV. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is pretty good.

    Excellent and varied breakfast, large rooms (in the modern part of the hotel) and a dedicated ski shuttle minibus made our stay very pleasant indeed. There is a Sport Kostner ski rental shop within the hotel so no need to lug ski gear around. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

    Hotel Christian was a great place to stay, I stayed in the height of summer and the price felt very good for a busy town in the Dolomites. I had a nice balcony, big comfy bed, hot shower, excellent breakfast. I couldn't ask for more and would definitely stay there again.
