The suites themselves are spacious, beautifully designed, and oriented to make the most of that stunning lakeside scenery. A standout feature was the breakfast service, available until 11:00 AM. The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. Between the calming atmosphere, modern amenities, and a variety of rejuvenating treatments, it was easy to spend hours unwinding and recharging. We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money
