I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. Everything was absolutely perfect! All of the personnel was so very kind! The room was spacious and as clean as home. The breakfast was excellent with delicious home-made cakes and the best scrambled eggs ever. The hotel is right opposite to the bus station that takes you to Venice and to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Venice.

The complimentary breakfast was exceptional- juice, toast, meat and cheese plate, eggs, pastries, water, tea, and coffee. The room was very clean with comfortable pillows. We stayed in the side building and enjoyed the quiet privacy. My daughter and her friends loved that there was a pet bunny in a hutch in the backyard of our apartment. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the option to turn on AC when it got hot.

Great standard at the price, quiet location, spacious apartment. we have been upgraded for free and had a veey comfortable 2 room apartment. Good breakfast and nice personnel. Location not in the very center, but we liked it, it is more quiet.
