Cannot fault this hotel. Perfect position in the town with amply private parking opposite the hotel. All the staff so polite and helpful..The atmosphere everywhere in the hotel so wonderful..Very spacious room with very large bed and a sitting area.. Shower to die for.

Fantastic and picturesque ancient Italian Villa overlooking beautiful hills. The lady in charge was amazing and extremely helpful and kind. The rooms in the main building are more spacious but also more expensive and if the hotel is hosting a wedding (which is often the case in summer) the rooms in the villa can be disturbed by the music and festivities. The annex rooms and their bathrooms are quite small but cozy. Parking is free and safe on the hotel grounds next to the main villa and annex. You need a car to get here or a taxi but it’s still close to Fabriano town, the Grotte di Frasassi, Genga and other sights.

    Walking around main and side streets of Fabriano always...

    Walking around main and side streets of Fabriano always brings me something new. It's a gem of a town! The theatre often has live performances of all kinds and is a must to see even if there aren't any events. A paper-making demonstration and sometimes a hands-on class is another wonderful way to spend an afternoon (or a weekend). Food-wise, there are lots of choices and if you're around on the weekend, make sure you book. Fabrianese like to eat out in their own town so things are often booked in advance. We really like 'Osteria San Biagio' - innovative twists on local dishes and a lovely atmosphere.

    We loved exploring Fabriano and the local area.

    We loved exploring Fabriano and the local area. It is off the normal tourist trail, despite being on a main train line with plenty to see and do once you are there. The Fabriano paper making museum is fascinating - we requested an English language tour by email and we ended up with a personalised tour, which was so appreciated - fabulous staff there. The art gallery was also well set out and very informative - we were amazed at the early artwork there. The amazing stalagmites and stalactites of the underground Frassassi caves are a short drive or train ride away and are absolutely stunning and worth the effort to get to. Nearby to the caves is walk up the hill to the Valadier temple set into a mountain cave - awesome views and well worth the uphill effort!

    super beautiful Hotel , interior design , with spacious rooms , comfortable bed and mattress, plies are wonderful too. great shower ! a nice breakfast with fresh pastries and cakes home made and fresh orange juice under request . cappuccino is done as well good and you have a parking in front of the hotel . totally well positioned in the center .

    Tranquil rural environment, kids friendly, with very nice and welcoming hosts. We loved the pool and the animals, the calm atmosphere and the beautiful views. Very good breakfast and dinner, made with mostly local products of the farm. Don’t miss the chance to visit the nearby town of Fabriano and the famous grottoes of Frasassi.

    Warm & welcoming with a lovely host. Fabriano is a great base from which to explore but don't overlook the lovely town centre. Stayed an extra night & would definitely return if I came this way again.
