Location, staff, facilities- all exceptional, a proper bit of luxury South Tyrol style. Loved the e-mountain bikes they have , the pools and the great food ( make sure you go half board, it’s excellent, local food and fab value) . Great vegetarian variants of all the meals

Very beautiful outside pool and pond, clean and big enough room with a balcony to be on. Very cool spa area with a snow room and saunas which were clean and beautiful. Exceptional service in the restaurant - we booked halfboard and announced one of us was vegan. The four course dinner was given in a vegan version which tasted great. In the morning we got two vegan croissants already at the table & both times you could feel everybody taking food restrictions absolutely serious. That was more than amazing! Thanks a lot for this great time at your hotel!

    We love it, there is nothing we didnt liked. The Food was exceptional, The Hotel is not far from where we went. The Staffs were doing really good with their Job, very approachable. We slept Comfortably. Btw, they didnt have AC but it didnt bothered us. I highly recommend this place, might for sure come back again.
