Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

Just a wonderful accommodation experience! Leonardo made our vacation unforgettable. He seems to be the complete personification of Italy with his hospitality and joy. We stayed a few days longer in Florence because it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in the center, walking distance to all the sights, yet on a very quiet street. After midnight there is no one there at all. There are plenty of places with delicious food nearby, and the breakfast at the hotel is quite hearty and fresh. The hotel itself is small, I think it's 10 rooms? I'm not sure. The floor is quiet and the rooms are comfortable. There are even nice slippers (in 2025 I see less and less of them in hotels). Soundproofing is good, new air conditioners, great windows with shutters (you can completely block the light and sleep), comfortable beds with good mattresses. We managed to stay in two rooms, both were comfortable and very conveniently organized. You can see the staff's care for the hotel and the people.

    Everywhere important in Florence was walkable from 3 Perle Apartments. Being next to the Duomo was crowded but we fit right in, everyone was so polite. We toured the Pitti Palace and the Uffizi and much to our surprise the Galileo Museum was amazing.

    Florence is a truly magical city, steeped in history.

    Florence is a truly magical city, steeped in history. I left wanting more to breathe in its art, culture, and atmosphere just a little longer. I also wish I’d had time to explore the vineyards of Tuscany. I’d recommend staying for at least four days to really experience it all.

    Florence is a fabulous city, but be prepared for lots and lots of people and long lines. Make reservations for the big attractions in advance. The Firenze card makes getting tickets for some of the main attractions difficult, so you may be best off purchasing tickets for the those attractions separately.

    Florence is beautiful! The weather was great! The food was delicious! We did a lot of amazing activities, like climbing to the top of the Duomo! And it was easy to get to the train station to take day trips to other cities. We were surprised at the crowds, since it was considered “ shoulder season”.

    Very lovely city.

    Very lovely city. Be sure to try the porchetta, it was very good for me. Also there are lots of jewelry stores, if you are into that. Don't skip a tour to another cities in Tuscany. We did a day trip to Pisa, San Giminiano and Sienna and it was a blast. The cathedral of Florence I would have just viewed from the outside, don't think the long queue was worth it. We loved more the Sienna cathedral.

    Florence is a beautiful city.

    Florence is a beautiful city. Everything is within a short walk, so walk everywhere and really explore this amazing city. We booked tickets in advance online for Uffizi Galleria and Accademia Gallery and planned our days by visiting things close together. Although the Duomo is free but the queue was huge so we just took pictures outside which is still amazing. Other free activities are Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michelangelo. There are lots Piazzas, including Piazza Della Signoria and Piazza del Duomo. Eat in smaller local family run bars and restaurants in side streets, like Botteghina Degli Antellesi and Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco, rather than larger restaurants and bars in the Piazzas. The wild boar ragu with Pappardelle pasta is delicious.

    This was our second stay in this hotel, and it was excellent. The staff, especially the Front Desk Manager, were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with our room, and they resolved it very quickly. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of packaged items that ensured hygiene, and it was impressively rich for Italy, including gluten-free options and high-quality branded products. The location is very close to the city center, and the hotel also offers parking and EV charging facilities, which is a great convenience.

    This is the best value for money option and the best non-hotel accommodation I have ever had in Italy. Beautifully decirated brand new apartment in historical palazzo which surprisingly will not make you feel medieval in means of comfort. Great taste and ability to fit modern utilites in the old fashioned building. Everything you would need is there, including all kitchen stuff and bathroom kits. Beds are super comfy. Wifi is excellent. I recommend this option as a priority when looking for a place to stay in Florence.

    the concept - it was really comfortable for a tent. The fact that you have air conditioning ( that works) during summer it’s a big plus - I ve stayed in hotels (in Italy) which did not have a working air conditioning even though it was stated. I loved the surroundings - the fact that you have a pool you can use during your stay. The restaurant was also ok. You have a supermarket which comes in pretty handy and also transportation to the city which is good given that the city center is 1h walk away.
