    Upside, we loved the staff, the room was spacious, and enjoyed he pool. We found everything was clean, contrary to other reviews. The train was a constant annoyance and we recommend getting a room in the back. Our TV did not work and although they did suggest switching our room, we decided to remain and read our books. We dined at the restaurant one evening (we are former restaurant owners) and we were impressed with the service, quality of food, and impressive wine list. Flip-side, we were disappointed that we were charged for breakfast. We really wanted to like this hotel but it does have downsides.

    We lived in brand new room, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was shining like in a movie. The room had mosquito nets on windows which is really rare for Italian hotels. Our booking included half board, we really enjoyed the dishes that we offered for the dinner, as there is a menu with antipasti, first, second dishes, salads, so a person can order 1 dish from each section. The vine isn’t included but can ordered additionally. We took a bottle of red house vine for €18, it was outstanding. We enjoyed the landscapes and the hospitality.

    Had a great stay here, booked it last minute and was able to check in within 30 minutes, the host was very quick at replying and was also love at making sure everything was ok when we first arrived, very easy to deal with also! House is lovely has everything you need in it, in a great location with a short walk to the restraunt’s and shops of fonteblanda

    Very quiet 4 star Hotel/Resort just off the main road. Friendly reception, modern and clean room, safe free parking. Restaurant was closed being off-season, but there were some fine ones in nearby Talamone, just few minutes away.

    Recently renewed hotel. Location is excellent to Visit both the countryside and the seaside. Breakfast is rich and very good. The stuff is nice and helpful. The picture is completed by a pool With a view on the countryside.

    The destination was good For the breakfast it would be better to propose a little bit more prosciutto and chees The bathroom was really very small But I understand the measures of the hotel. I like it very much! Great!
