We were met by very kind and helpful owner Claudio, who welcomed us to the very beautiful Antico Sipario, a newly renovated charming historic hotel/theatre in the incredibly beautiful city of Paciano. The staff. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Tamara. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Lorenzo was a great tour guide. I highly recommend reaching out to them before your stay to make sure you have everything you need to make your trip a success. The breakfast was simple, but everything you need to start the day. It was all very fresh and very tasty. The cappuccinos were beautiful. The restaurant, which is off site and only 5 minutes away, is fantastic. The food and service is unbelievable. The chandelier in our room adds a pop to the room.

Sara was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the Abbazia. Location was in the countryside which was very relaxing and quiet. However still only 30 minutes away by car from Perugia and Assisi.
