Its a family owned hotel, we saw several generations working together, very friendly people. Everything was cozy, pool was nice and cool, no problem with sunbeds. They had a nice driver, who picked up from trainstation in Maccarese. There was 7 different cakes in breakfast. They also serve lunch and dinner. Beautiful garden, well taken care of. Very close to airport.

It was an incredible experience. The sea view room was absolutely perfect. It had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning and daily room cleaning. From the airport, we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, which cost us 45 euros (20 minutes). Later, we discovered that there were buses available that could have taken us to Rome and various other stations, but we opted for the convenience of the hotel-provided taxi as well. There were numerous restaurants in the area, all of which specialized in seafood. The hotel had a fantastic restaurant where we enjoyed delicious fish and pasta dishes as well. One thing to note is that all the restaurants in the area had specific opening hours. They served breakfast from early morning until 10 am, followed by lunch from 12 pm to 2 pm, and then dinner from 7 pm to 10 pm. If you wanted to have a snack, you wouldn't be able to find it in the restaurants. However, there was a nice street cafe available, as well as a supermarket with a wide selection of products. The beach was pristine, with clear waters and soft sand, making it perfect for kids. I absolutely fell in love with this place. We also visited Ostia, but it didn't quite match up to the beauty and cleanliness of this charming little town (Fregene), which was filled with delightful shops and restaurants.

My brother and I liked the large, airy room and enjoyed having breakfast in an outside space. Our host was genial and very helpful. The area was very quiet. And there are good restaurants a short drive away. We wished a second night had been available but it is popular.

The host was very kind and always available. The room was nicely furnished, well-maintained, and equipped with thoughtful details—like a hairdryer, which is not always provided. We had an amazing stay! The place is large, was clean and is in walking distance to the beach. There is a grocery shop nearby and a cafe for breakfast. Also a great vegetable shop/market in 5 min walk. The host Federico is the best! He went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. We had some issues related to our trip which he helped to solve. He also recommended a few great places for our evening. And the sunset on the beach is amazing!!!

The room was cosy and clean and the bed really comfortable! Also it was very handy to have a fantastic restaurant downstairs where we ate the best Italian food , everything homemade and amazing quality. Staff were so friendly and even we didn't book the table on busy Saturday they managed to find us a table!

Great for self check-in, but needed to take a taxi, there is no public transport during night. Would be great for someone who is renting a car. We just spent couple of hours during one night, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

    Three days was enough. I can imagine it is an easy holiday spot for those who live in Rome, and most of the houses are owner rentals. Good to get into Rome or to the port. Not far from the airport, but book a car via owner of house

    This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport.

    This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport. It had a hardworking staff and owner/manager. Our evening meal there was surprisingly good and breakfast was wonderful. The owner/manager clearly cares about quality. In general, it was more and better than I expected. Cleaning ongoing throughout the day. Beds were comfortable!

    It's the nearest sea from Rome.

    It's the nearest sea from Rome. The problem is buses are not often passing there. There are not that much for explore at the city centre. I like that quiet area between the bus stop and the beach.

    I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one...

    I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. Avoid Fregene, unless one is looking for a farmland stay

    Nice hotel very close to the beach. Located also couple of minutes walk from the restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with home made cakes. Comfortable rooms with modern and spacious bathrooms. You can hire the bikes from the hotel and take a ride along the beach - cycling path is just by the hotel. Efficient transfer from the airport. Value for money!.

    The place is nice. It's close the airport, although it takes about 15 min to get to the terminal from there. Very close to Fregene, so there are dinner options. There is a free parking. The property required us to send our passports in advance, but due to that procedure we were able to get the key and enter the room without a checkin.

    Very nice hotel, comfortable in a lovely location, very near the beach and with a cute little balcony. We were in a room at the end of the corridor so it was very quiet. Air-con was also great as it was extremely high temperatures during our stay, although it was quite noisy. Hotel is quite old style, but this just adds to its charm.

    Location was great. Only 15-20mins walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to a supermarket called Conad…which was helpful…and had two main bus stops nearby. the balcony was the best place of the apartment
