Absolutely everything! This was by far the most beautiful and unforgettable experience we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff, who made us feel at home right away. Their hospitality and attention to detail were simply exceptional. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every corner of the interior was thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The service was top-notch – always available, yet discreet. We felt truly cared for at every moment of our stay. The pool area was stunning, clean, and incredibly peaceful – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to choose from. Every meal was a delight, both in taste and presentation. Cleanliness was on the highest level – everything was immaculate, from the rooms to the common areas. You could truly feel the care and effort put into maintaining the entire property. In short, this was a dream stay. We've never experienced anything quite like it. Every detail was flawless, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect escape!

Its a fully loaded apartment with all the 4**** hotel amenities. I just stayed one night but was impressed from the cleanliness and great apartment. There was even breakfast included in the price,,, and a very rich breakfast… if you are in the area just go for it

A wonderful hotel and staff. The owners and hotel manager and staff all try to exceed expectations to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. English is spoken very well. Beach towels and umbrellas given as part of their service. The hotel is infront of a very pleasant beach. Many facilities within walking distance. Excellent for going for a morning run. Parking facilites available. TV with netflix and youtube, Balcony overlooking the ocean, Too many other things to mention. Well done to all. Thank you for a lovely and wonderful 4 day stay.

We received a heartwarming welcome. The staff and the owner are extremely polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. It is very easy to reach by car and has a convenient parking. The stairs leading to the centre of Taormina and the cable car are just across the street, and it takes not more than 10 minutes walk to reach either. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, impeccably clean, with an amazing terrace with a view to the sea, and the beautiful and very well-maintained garden of the hotel. The breakfast was better than what we have eaten at 5-star hotels - delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We couldn't have made a better choice for our stay in Taormina.

    A magnificent appartment with more than everything you need! Enough space and more than enough things to use in it :) Very clean, very beautiful arrangement! Feels like more than home. Near to the church and the center, very quet and good location. Also bear to Etna and Alcantara Canyon. This is the best place I've been in all Sicily! Also the owner is very delicate, insured your independent entrance in the appartment, you will know how when you get there. Borgo Gaggi is my top for staying in whole Sicily!

    Genuine house with genuine local people in Gaggi. Close to the best restaurant Alcantara Bistrot on the main square. Also close to Conad Supermarket. Easy to get a parking spot just outside. Big room and bathroom with AC. Also a balcony. The hosts are very nice and helpful! The beaches in Naxos are only 15 minutes away by car. Yes, even the small Lavazza espresso machine did its work!

    The best feature of the Villa is the view as it is beautiful, clear view of the Etna and Gaggi city from above, all the way to the sea. The pool is also enjoyable next to the bbq area, and there is an outdoor shower. The villa is gated and has the space for 3 cars to park inside. The upper dining area is also very nicely located. The owner visited the property intermitted

    Room, hygiene, breakfast and certainly personnel deserve a 10! We liked the breakfast served at the table (more than enough variety). The town of Gaggi is not worth a visit,, but the location of the resort is very well suited for excursions (Taormina, Etna, Giardini Naxos etc.)

    Nice location and neighborhood, we enjoyed the fiesta during the weekend and beautiful streets of old part of Gaggi with a view at Etna. The standard apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a few days stay.
