Beautiful house in the middle of the grapevines. The room was huge and awesome withe the stucco work, a really comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. The pool area is so calm and beautiful, the staff super nice and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant and superb SPA treatment (massage and peeling).

    Really enjoyed the quietness of the village.

    Really enjoyed the quietness of the village. We came for the Xmas Market which wasn't as busy as the website on Govone indicated (it said 100 stalls there were only about 20 max). We had a car and went off to Alba during the day on Saturday so I would say a car is a necessity to explore . There are 3 restaurants in the village and a bar in the centre .

    Elisabetta is a very friendly host whose apartment offers fabulous view from the living room across the valley. The decor is tasteful and not too "Ikea". Close to the centre of Govone which is a pretty enough village and a good location for visiting Alba and the wine villages of Roero and Barbaresco (Barolo is not too far either).

    San Pietro is an amazing place, located next to small church with the stunning views to the wine valley. Rooms are big and comfortable and well equipped, service super friendly and breakfast can't be better. Since we arrived, we've got a filling like we visiting relatives not staying in hotel.

    The hotel is very spacious, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is great - lots of fresh fruit, hazelnuts, savory things, and sweet things. At our request, the hotel staff prepared an apericena plate in the evening, which was wonderful. Very friendly staff, thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

    Extremely clean; comfortable beds; kitchen was well-equipped and well-stocked. The host was easy to work with and responded very quickly. Govone is situated nicely in order to get to many parts of Piemonte.
