We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful restored palazzo right in the centre of the charming town of Gravina. From the warm and friendly greeting, to the sparkling clean and stylishly decorated room, to the amazing breakfast freshly made by a talented in house pastry chef (the cube was one of the best pastries I've had in Italy!), we didn't want to leave. This is the definition of a historic boutique guesthouse, totally updated for modern day needs. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Grazie mille e a presto!

So, if I can say something about this place - clean, comfortable, new, very big apartment with everything you need to stay. Hosts are very nice but we don't meet them - contact was with whatsapp in English languague. Near Centro Storico of Gravina in Puglia (10 minutes walking). Only one thing I can point is breakfast, which was very good, but small (only 1 cafe and crossaint - but very good and big).

Stayed for a night and every expectation was exceeded. Room was huge and very comfortable. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful, telling us all about the history of the building and his family. It's a unique building, worth staying in just for the experience.

Great location within the old town (note to drivers, I believe the hotel itself is within Gravina's ZTL so don't drive to the door unless arranged with the host before. We found parking 3 minutes walk away outside the ZTL in Viale Orsini/Corso Vittlorio Emmanuel. You had to pay but it was reasonable and we were able to use the EasyPark app for this). The building itself is very interesting and has a multilayered wine cellar going deep under the building. Breakfast was included (buffet of cheese, ham, bread, yoghurt, juices, lots of sweet things like cake). Easy to check in (we advise you let them know in advance when you will be arriving even if Booking app doesn't ask you to, to make sure they are at the premises). Room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the square below. Was surprised at first by the window from the bedroom into the bathroom but then realised there is a blind you can pull down (thanks goodness!). Gravina in Puglia is a lovely town to explore on foot and to get lost on.

The property was super clean, spotless! It had everything we needed. The owner contacted me the day before the arrival with all useful information to check in, to park and she shared also some recommendations for close by restaurants. I could contact her via WhatsApp which was super handy and she always replied in a short term, which I appreciated! The room was cool despite high temperature outside and very peculiar and was also quite at night even if very close to one of the main square of the city! We loved it!

    Interesting all town, all can be done in half a day. The bridge must be visited and the archeological site on the other side should be seen but lack of information for tourists. The panorama view, from both sides of the river, is appreciated.

    Nice old part of the town, very cozy - you could also make a stroll to the old bridge just a little bit outside the center but reachable by foot - from here nice views to the center and the valley, Archeological area above. The train station is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the old part of Gravina.

    What a beautiful hotel! Our room was gorgeous, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb! The hosts were really kind and patient, as we didn't speak Italian but they went out of their way for us, even helping us in the restaurant we booked! Super friendly staff and a great location at a good price! Definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Only 2 minutes walk from James Bonds bridge. Really lovely hotel.
