Location is excellent. Fabiana was the most kind, thoughtful, helpful young woman any hotel could ever have. The entire staff were excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room has amazing views.The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern. The view from the bedroom was spectacular. We are going back!

Valle dell’Eden, Grottammare, Le Marche. Oct. 24th, 2022 Marco, our host, has engineered an ingenious high tech B&B! Beyond the card key door lock, there are cool motion sensor light switches, easy to deploy. Simple but elegant room design, comfortable bed, nice bath. The rooms are located on a terrace above the street. That evening Marco recommended we walk up to Grottammare Alta for dinner, where we enjoyed an excellent meal at Ristorante Pizzeria Papa Sisto. The breakfast at Valle dell’Eden, was served outside on the astroturf covered terrazza, Marco makes great coffee! We had a good selection of items for an abundant and delicious breakfast!

    We actually never made it to the old town.

    We actually never made it to the old town. The beach area near the apartment was nice and not crowded. Restaurants were - especially for lunch when coming from the beach - a bit too elegant but good for the evening (although you need to have a preference for fish and seafood, otherwise it is tough). There is a constant noise from the train as there are no soundproof walls between the railway tracks and the houses (in contrast to Senigallia), this was ok for us as there was one row of houses between us and the trains. We did excursions to Ascoli (extremely hot), to Castellucio (long drive), Grota di Frasassi.

    Beautiful old city, comfortable town.

    Beautiful old city, comfortable town. I got boring after 1 week. Perfect sea for children, knee-deep sea, warm and safe. One more problem is about the town, there is NO an english menu in the restaurant, every day I get the stress, what to order, did many mistakes with a choice of dishes..really .. any restaurant have no the english menu, so.. the city only for italian tourists not international. I will not come again

    Thoughtful unexpected directions from Fabiana with a video detailing how to find the hotel in the ancient part of Grottamarre prempted any problems on arrival. A warm welcome to a beautifully designed hotel that is a perfect escape from the busy pace of impersonal alternatives on the shoreline.. Fabiana is a gracious hostess who enjoys making guest comfort her priority. Brilliant quiet location with incredible vistas and more challenging walking than the newer Grottamarre.

    The hosts were extremly nice and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast came with a lot of different options and was very tasty. The hotel room was very lovely (especially the bathroom!) and you could access it from the street. Would a 100% recommend staying at this bb:)

    Lovely location in the middle of the medieval village of Grottammare. Very romantic and at two mins walk away from all bars and restaurants. Staff super friendly and accomodating. Super confy bed!
