Our stay was absolutely wonderful! 😍 This is the kind of place you instantly want to return to. Unfortunately, we only had one night here, but it was truly memorable. The staff were exceptional: warm, kind, and genuinely caring, which made us feel very welcome. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, with fresh, flavorful dishes that left a lasting impression. We would gladly come back for a longer stay next time.

Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was spacious, bright, and perfectly clean. The beautiful, well-maintained grounds and the great pool were a real highlight — it was a pleasure to relax and spend time there. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The grounds around the property were lovely to walk around. The pool and spa facilities were well maintained and had such an amazing view. The outdoor seating areas were so comfortable with shaded areas to chill and read. Breakfast had good choice and was in a relaxed setting. Our room was really comfortable with great facilities and a sitting room that we didn't even use as we were on the go so much.

the hospitality is great, I value the personal treatmemt, and the owners did all they could to make me feel confortable (even opening breakfast at 6:45 fo me) you feel like home. good wifi, compleate breakfast, good location with good restaurants at working distance, so, I strongly recomment to book in here, although you need to walk a litlle from the car, it's worth it, and beatiful, so good and relaxim time :-)

The hotel was in the heart of the historic centre. It offered beautiful views of the medieval centre and from the rooftop terrace, spectacular views of the lake. The piazzas were quiet n the morning but were lively in the late afternoon and evening when people gathered for drinks and food. Never too noisy though. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Gorgeous meal with lots of local specialties. The buffet breakfast offerings were varied and so delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location with easy access by walking to the beach and the ferry. It was a perfect weekend getaway. I would come back in a heart beat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service from reception/bar, breakfast, bicycle rental. Rooms were nice, and spacious, decor needs a little updating but everything was clean. It was a walk away from the train and also the castle. Although the hotel helped get us to the train station in the heat of the day. Overall a really pleasant experience for the little time we stayed there.

Good location off A1 motorway. Good food at the restaurant. Clean room and hosts were welcoming. A must is to buy the Montepulciano wine. Yummy! Very good value for money.
