It's a lovely, over a century, family owned house. Which has been refurbished but keeps the beautiful details such as the frescoes on the ceilings. The place was perfectly located next to cefalu in a cute, quiet and very friendly town. The owner and his wife were extremely kind. The Cafe designated for the Italian breakfast gave us a glimpse of the local Italian culture while having a very good coffee and brioche or cornetto.

Brilliant accommodation with private entrance, spacious terrace and car parking. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable.     The property owner was fabulous - plenty of information and follow up. Very easy to contact and ask questions of. The system whereby the A/C is controlled by a key switch is excellent and sustainable - first time we had seen it. Would recommend this property to those wanting to escape the crowds of Cefalu.

    The location is awesome we really loved Lascari, there is a café place nearby, where we went for breakfasts. The location is really quiet and pleasant, it is really easy to park there and then get around, for example to Cefalu. The lady who gave us the keys were really pleasant although unfortunately she did not speak English, however the owned did, so getting there was quite easy. The apartment itself was clean and it had all the amenities needed, in addition it had a washing machine, which is a huge benefit.

    The apartment was located on the ground floor with terrace. Parking was located next to the building. Everything clean, comfortable and cosy. Even the language barrier was not a problem, we could communicate through phone translators. Owners very kind and helpful. Beach is on 5 minutes walking distance (or even less) - not so occupied. Nice restaurant in the area. Worth to stay for much longer.

    The place met our expectations. If we could we would stay even more. Place is not far from Cefalu and really close to the beach. I could recommend only to add some basic staff in the kitchen - as sugar, salt, soap, washing powder / small quantities is enough/ and etc. and if its possible to improve the internet connection.

    Beautiful, clean with well equipped, open air kitchen only a few minutes walk from the beach. Excellent communication with the host, who dropped off a lovely breakfast each morning. Off street parking available, with bikes and deck chairs to use. Everything you could need for a lovely stay!
