It is a fully renewed set of rooms on an historical building inside the city walls. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with efficient air conditioning for the hot summer days. There are two restaurants on the ground floor (we heard no noise or disturbances at all from our room), very convenient for dining, with good prices and top quality. One kitchen is specialised in meat and the other in sea food. Great local and regional food and wine selection. However the best feature was the people, especially Mauro the owner, but also the restaurant and cleaning staff. Everybody friendly, customer oriented and ready to support with your needs. We are used to making holiday in Italy so we know that a friendly attitude is somewhat typical, but this was simply next level

Comfortable location out of the city. The bus stop is 1 minute, the parking near the hotel is free. Late check in, very nice and helpful staff! The room is modern, very comfortable and so clean. We had a terrace and it was very pleasant to spend time there. The breakfast included everything you need. Higly recommended hotel!

Verona was Fair, Hotel City was Great, Andrei was Exceptional!!! When you have the most memorable stay with such great people. Andrei simply was a star, nothing too much trouble. He speaks so many languages, he is great host and great to chat to at the bar. He was the difference between going to room or staying and having a great night in the hotel bar. Such an asset to the hotel! Jenny and Stuart The Nottingham Forest fans.
