This is one of the most beautiful and well maintained Hotel and Spa we have visited in a long time The Spa is outstanding and the facilities provided are well situated all within walk distance to the main Hotel reception area. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast, is nicely presented buffet style and adequate. I must mention the wonderful staff at this hotel and from a very late check in after a delayed flight they assisted us in every way. The Manager in the breakfast dining room was extremely attentive as one of us is gluten free and gave as all the confidence that the gluten free supplies were readily available We will most definitely return.

We didn't get a chance to stay due to a glitch in the booking.com - the system allowed us to prepay for the room, but there were no rooms available. However the nice people at Castrichella helped us find another place to stay and were really flexible in solving the payment issue.
