The perfect place for a winter vacation! The hotel is new, designed and furnished with great taste, attention to detail and excellent functionality. Mostly natural materials are used - wood, ceramics, glass, metal. The rooms are large, furnished with everything you need for your stay, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and separate toilet, 2 sinks, enough wardrobes and equipment. The cleanliness is perfect, the rooms and the whole hotel are immaculately maintained, with daily cleaning. The breakfast is excellent, in addition a light afternoon snack has been thought of after the day's dynamic skiing experiences. Skiers and cyclists have been specially thought of and a special room is provided with wardrobes, a bench and a small work table with tools. In the price, you also get a covered warm garage, where you can park safely. All this is complemented by discreet, smiling and kind service and attention from the staff. Thanks for a great vacation Camino Rustic Chic! You are the top!

We had a great stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is good too, walkable to the main town and many of the lifts. The equipment room was nice and secure, with heated boot storage and lockers that just use the room card to access, so super easy to use. The breakfast was also amazing. Lots of very tasty local produce and loads of variety from savoury to sweet. The staff even packed us a nice lunch when we had to get an early bus back to the airport! Would highly recommend staying here.

My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.

Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops and lifts -We had a room on the first floor with a big balcony that you share with to other rooms.     Livigno is one of a kind.

    Livigno is one of a kind. Location is distant from everything, but the place is magical. Almost always sunny, be prepared for a lot of sun. Great italian cuisine. Good prices as it is duty free zone. A lot of fun on and off pistes and of course crazy apres-ski parties every day :-)

    Livigno is a charming and authentic ski resort with breathtaking slopes and something for everyone. The village has a cozy, welcoming vibe, delicious restaurants, great après-ski spots, and plenty of nice shops. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable mountain escape!

    it is a quaint little town that is gearing up for the 2026...

    it is a quaint little town that is gearing up for the 2026 winter Olympics. the slopes were in great shape considering they had not had snow for awhile and the temperatures were warm. the entertainment on the slopes was great as well, we enjoyed the dancing and DJ This town for whatever reason is duty free, so a good place to buy stuff you want. Also there must not be tax on gas as it was 40 cents/liter less than the rest of Italy.

    Our 3rd trip in 20 years. It's magical. Take cheap pull on shoes to leave in the ski storage so you don't have to carry shoes around. Take time to eat and drink in various places. We did not have 1 bad experience. Tiramisu at Alibi Cafe. Bar Rin for limoncello spritz and snacks. Mottolino for chocolate croissant. Figure out the ski bus early to avoid long trips. Safe and welcoming

    We have been to Livigno a few times to ski and absolutely love the mountains, restaurants and shops. The only downside is the long transfer from Milan but the views are spectacular and make the journey interesting. We would love to be able to return to experience Livigno in the summer.

    beautiful location and cozy cabin , even if looking bit old we found it very friendly and perfect for our needs. is not 5 star hotel but quality price was perfect for us .The flat was very clean and no issues towels also very clean . we don’t recommend this if you look for modern style but for cozy holiday with family or friends is perfect . Heating works well and kitchen is quite equipped !

    Breakfast was delicious and very high-quality! Coffee was very good . Delicious croissants . The hotel feels like a very cozy old house, in a good way. The hotel is Well-positioned next to ski rental stores, great restaurants, supermarket, automated laundry and ski lifts. Staff are very welcoming. Ski room is comfortable to use. There is a parking space for guests which is great.

    What a fabulous stay we had in this family run hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and run the shop attached where we could get a discount on clothes and shoes. Breakfast was included and was a fabulous spread with hot and cold options. Highly recommended for your stay in Livigno.

    Lovely and comfortable boutique hotel. The staff is very welcoming and make for a great stay! The amanity is new and the ski storage conditions are great - personal locker with heated racker for boots! Good breakfast and the afternoon snack makes a great touch for sports holidays!

    The staff were exceptional during check-in and the breakfast. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of options. I was here during summer but I can image this hotel having the same quality during skiing season. The underground garage was spacious and perfect to store my motorcycle.
