We really appreciated how fresh and well-maintained the accommodation was – both the rooms and the shared spaces were spotless and clearly cared for with attention to detail. It gave a strong impression of quality and cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive, which made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to truly relax and unwind. It felt like a home away from home – but with a vacation vibe.

Excellent room, all around. Very fun and stylish, as was the whole facility. Location was perfect; secure back entrance opens directly into the historic center, and just minutes walk to attractions and food/drink. Our room had a balcony, and overlooked the road inside the walls. I would recommend a balcony room for this purpose. The balcony was large, with 2 chairs and a table. There are also pleasant looking outside lounge areas on each floor. Although the downstairs area includes a bar and restaurant, the soundproofing is exceptional; one night, we returned to the hotel and very loud EDM music was playing in the bar, but none of the sound leaked into our room. For the season, the room's climate control had been set to a minimum 20 degrees, which was too warm for me, so we asked the reception desk and she turned off the limiter to our room and we were able to adjust the minimum and maximum at will. (A cool thing to know!) Breakfast was ordered from a menu, with abundant choices, and served quickly. Bacon and eggs was on the daily menu, and it was a treat; at least 3 or 4 eggs, fluffily scrambled, with yummy toast and 3 strips of American-style bacon.

The location is right in the centre of the old city and although difficult to access by car was well worth the trouble. We were helped by Davide who left reception to take me to the off site car park

    Perfectly situated between the historic and quiet university town of Lecce, (just 10 mins drive away) and in the beautiful countryside of Puglia, full of wildlife and history. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday, or a place to stay if you are sightseeing the south of Italy.

    Beautiful apartment close to the centre of Lizzanello. Elisa, the owner, was a great host providing a breakfast with numerous options including lovely home-made cakes. She also helped us planning our days with suggested places to visit; We'll have to return to visit all of them! Lizzanello Is well placed for visiting southern Puglia and is approximately 20 minutes drive from beaches on the Adriatic coast. A car is essential if staying in Lizzanello
