We had a truly excellent stay. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the breakfast offered a great variety of quality options. What stood out most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff — they were genuinely attentive and made us feel very welcome. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The property is absolutely amazing! Completely quirky, and a little gem of a hotel to find. Run by the equally quirky Eric, our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay again if we visited the Udine region again! The room was full of great touches, the bathroom was well stocked and the food, well the food is absolutely superb!! The hotel has lots of artwork and sculptures which makes it very interesting. The outside areas are beautiful, again quirky but beautiful and bring the feel of outside to the inside of a beautifully elegant restaurant. Breakfast was also brilliant with a huge variety of food on offer. We felt completely spoilt by Eric and his staff. Overnight stay was reasonable price too.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city with parking just steps away. The rooms were spotless, super comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious every morning. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had — can’t wait to come back!

The location was excellently situated in a leafy residential area and yet only a 5-minute walk from a fantastically nice town full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and constantly replenished. For Italian standards a very extensive breakfast choice. The hotel has a lovely garden with a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The pool was kept very clean. The pool also had a small terrace where she served drinks and a small snack. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, including when booking a table in a restaurant and advising where to buy wine. The room was kept thoroughly clean every day and the bed linen was changed very regularly. The room had good air conditioning that was easy and understandable to operate. In short, higly recommended!
