This property was so charming and incredibly clean. We were in contact with Marlena prior to our trip with a few questions and she was so helpful upon arriving to the hotel she waited for us to arrive as our flight was late. Absolutely an incredible woman . We will recommend this property to anyone

The only place I’ll ever stay in San Marco Argentano. Enio, Marisa and Michele made me feel at home. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower perfect, the bed the most comfortable I slept on in three weeks of travelling. I didn't eat the breakfast, because I was catching up on sleep, but it smelt good and other guests seemed happy with it. The staff here goes the extra mile, and it's appreciated. Thank you so much. Amazing and beautiful place. Giuseppe is very kind and pleasant - he showed us the property and attended us in in breakfast and dinner. The dinner in the castel was amazing with a fair price. This is an amazing and different experience!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 14 nights as we were visiting family nearby. We absolutely loved the location and views from the hotel. The rooms were basic but very spacious and exceptionally clean. Wonderful breakfast with all you could ask for: cheese, salamis, filled croissants, fresh bread every morning with honey and jam and coffee whichever way you like it! And also tea. They attended to our every need and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even cooked us bacon and eggs every morning. It is a family run hotel and the entire family are all delightful and treated us as if we were family too. It actually felt like home to us. We ate in the hotel restaurant many times and on our last night Emanuela cooked us meatballs with macaroni (as she knew we liked them) - best we’ve ever tasted - she’s a wonderful cook. we had to leave the hotel early on the day of our departure and Marco opened the restaurant early so that we could have breakfast as he said he couldn’t let us leave without having anything to eat. And last but not least we loved 4 year old Tosca - daughter of Marco and Angela - such a delightful little girl. 😍

Diamante was my favorite place in all of Italy — it’s incredibly beautiful, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like it before. We were originally supposed to stay at Hotel Poseidon, but since it was closed for renovations, someone from Hotel Ferretti kindly came to pick us up and took us there instead. And honestly… it was perfect. Hotel Ferretti is so beautiful — the décor is elegant and full of character, the staff were kind, attentive, and always helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. This was my favorite place to stay during the whole trip, and Diamante now holds a very special place in my heart. I truly hope to come back one day.
