We spent wonderful days here. The location of the accommodation is fantastic, characterized by peace and quiet. Many popular destinations can be reached from here, but if you just relax at the hotel, you won't be disappointed either, thanks to the large pool. The dinner that can be ordered is special, I recommend trying it! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, thank you!

Great apartment in very quiet area, it’s well equipped, all you need is there, even air conditioning. Check-in and check -out were very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay in Patti’s House and Patti is a great host! I definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is really nice, it's been the second time booking, the room is clean and big, it's quite in the night and the breakfast is really good, the staffs were very helpful, we were looking for taxi to go to the train station but both freenow and Uber were out of service there, their manager drove us to the train station without a second thought, It was really a positive experience, will book again for sure, thank you for the lady driving us to the train station and being nice to us.

    The estate is beyond beautiful. It definitely exceeded our expectations, although the pictures via Booking were already amazing. It is like a tiny village - fresh lemon trees, beautiful gardens, lake views, a gorgeous relaxing pool. It was our favorite hotel during our “Tuscany tour”! Staff was very friendly too, had many recommendations. The beds are very comfortable, good air conditioning, a small fridge and even a Nespresso in the room. The room was spacious and provided nice views too.

    We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. Make sure to book dinner on the terrace for fantastic views over Tuscany and wonderful food and wine. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and has it's own bar which serves great drinks. The staff were lovely too, would highly recommend!

    we had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel! the room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. dinner at the restaurant is highly recommend, this because of the great food and relax (romantic) atmospher.

    The hotel grounds and facilities are very beautiful, the Executive Room was stunning, overall a very nice and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
