Our stay at Fontanella was perfect. The hotel is modern and stylish and well appointed. Everything about it was quality. It was out 3rd stay in molveno and having tried 2 other hotels on previous stays this was far, far superior to others. As a very light sleeper I enjoyed absolute silence in the evenings…..no church bells….no traffic. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve experienced. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent. The staff were immensely thoughtful and attentive. Stunning lake side views if you’re lucky to get a room with a view. Amazing bike/ski garage.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very close to the lake. The garden is beautiful. Dinner was amazing. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the lake. They have a garage where you can store bikes and equipment.

The hotel is very well situated, is clean and cosy. Eventhough we hadn´t our dog with us, as a dog lover I really approciated the place is dog-friendly. The breakfast was very good, the staff friendly and helpfull. The jacuzzi was a very nice surprise for us

    A stunning location with the combination of a beautiful lake set in the Dolomite mountains and yet unspoilt by mass tourism. Plenty of restaurants offering high quality food and very reasonable prices. Numerous activities to occupy the young and active, and a pace of life suitable for those less so.

    Wonderful visit to this beautiful lake town.

    Wonderful visit to this beautiful lake town. Really worth the visit. The 12km hike around the lake was wonderful. Enjoyed the ride up to Dolomites Di Brenta on il rifugio. Magnificent snow hike trail followed by lunch at a quaint hotel.

    I have been visiting Molveno now for 50 years and its location with the Brento Group nearby makes it one of the most attractive places with breathtaking scenery. For walkers it offers some of the most scenic routes in the Alps.

    This is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to...

    This is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever been to. It is not hot here in the summer, the lake water is cool, but you can swim, incredible views of the mountains. Many types of activities. The city is very well-kept and quiet.

    We visited Molveno in April, low season.

    We visited Molveno in April, low season. The village exceeded our expectations especially since it had recently snowed and the surrounding mountains were covered in snow. Lake Molveno is spectacular especially when viewed from the mountain tops. A cable car takes you to snow covered mountain tops with breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

    Molveno was picturesque, and a great location to access hikes and mountain biking trails. We visited end of September and had the best weather anyone could ask for. Great for an active family holiday.

    The hotel is lovely and cozy, everything was spotless clean. The room is spacious, with a good sized bathroom and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The hotel also offers dinner, but i didn't eat here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, making the stay feel like home. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would surely stay here again!

    A beautiful hotel in the center of the old town. There is little parking space, but enough. Spacious rooms. It is noticeable that the hotel is already a bit old, but it can be seen that it is being gradually updated. Despite that, the hotel is very clean, daily cleaning. Great breakfasts, very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

    Spotless clean with marevlous view to the lake. Convenient location ~5mins drive to ski lifts in Andalo and walking distance to the center of Molveno. Hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Our stay at Villa la Dama del Lago was great and we will be happy to come back!
