I love to stay in this hotel. The manager, Tanina, is very helpful and supportive. She guided me the way to find the car park. She is eager to help me the places to go in the hop on and off at ferry tour. The hotel host gave the guests a lot of gifts including bags, facial cream sets and biscuits and drinks. The breakfast is to go to the nearby cafe where I can select a lists of breakfast sets. Tanina is very cheerful and energetic. She works from early morning till late evening. I enjoyed staying in this hotel.

This was the perfect vacation for my family! The Grand Hotel Terme in Sirmione provided us with an unforgettable experience. The luxurious accommodations, impeccable service from the staff, and spectacular views of Lake Garda left us breathless. I booked this trip for my parents and they are still talking about the hotel today. They stated it was the best hotel they have ever stayed in and want to return immediately! From the rooms, to breakfast, to the facilities location and staff everything was exceptional. A special shout out to Nicki who went out of his way everyday to guide them, recommend different places they should visit, he aided with tickets and transport back to the hotel and quite frankly could not have done anymore for them. Both have talked about Nicky endlessly since coming back and it was fantastic to hear! They have both called it a holiday of a lifetime and they have been showing pictures and videos to all family and friends! This hotel had exceptional reviews which was the reason I booked it, and they were over the moon and have talked in depth about the beauty of the hotel and the surrounding areas/gardens. As soon as they arrived the first thing they mentioned was the beauty and the perfumed aroma as you entered the hotel, both never enjoyed a hotel or holiday as much in their lives.
