Such a lovely quiet countryside hotel - which was super convenient as the bus from Florence dropped us off at the bottom of the drive!! We were there for a wedding in local castle & the owner very kindly offered to drop us as it was 30min drive in sweltering heat. We walked as we wanted to appreciate the views. The pool was perfect & we had such a lovely relaxed time reading our books & staying away from the high sun! Breakfast was substantial continental spread & we had a super tasty omelette on first morning.

We decided to stay at this place because of "exceptional breakfast" was included, location was very suitable for our needs, kitchen and very good price when we booked (literally 1 week before going there). Host Lisa is very approachable person, easy to communicate and she is customer oriented, can manage everything you need. House located in extremely beautiful place, we meet sunrise on the terrace with cup of coffee and it was absolutely amazing and unforgettable! Every room has terrace or garden and you can cook barbeque, what we did! We bought meat, charcoal and have cooked absolutely fantastic Florence steak! Twice!! The breakfast you should book one night before, so they will cook it and bring hot to your apartment at time you want. I have to admit, it was really exceptional! So, nice view, amazing location, exceptional breakfast, free parking spot, very good swimming pool (we used it once, but it is very good!), terrace and barbeque option make this place beautiful! Highly recommended to visit it during summer to enjoy sunrise and mountain view with glass of house made wine!! We stayed in 2 different rooms, as there were no reservation for whole stay, so we have to split it.

We stayed in a family apartment. Very beautiful, cozy and clean. There was a grill on the terrace of our apartment. Parking on site. The hotel is located in beautiful countryside, but at the same time close to Florence, Pisa. Very attentive and friendly owner.

Le Fonti A San Giorgio exceeded our expectations in every manner. The grape vines and olive trees, the sunset view from the ourdoor dining patio, the central location to some of the best villages in Tuscany, and especially the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff. Pamela and Goldi were always available to answer our questions and Terresa (SP) is one of the best servers I have had the pleasure of meeting. Great job ladies. Grazie mille!

This was a fantastic apartment in Motespertoli! We had a wonderful time, even though it was only for one night. The owners were really responsive, and gave us really helpful advice for the next leg of our journey. The Apartment was a great size, and the kitchen has all of the amenities for cooking, which we relished in. It's a great hub if you're planning on exploring the Chianti region and want somewhere which isn't touristy, nor an Agritourismo. The local town is lovely, and people are friendly. The local wine which we were gifted was so tasty.

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and more :) It's placed near main square in Montespertoli so you can go for dinner or buy food in nearby Coop and be back in a moment. We loved also the style of the apartment!

A place where you want to come back! Very hard to leave it!!!! DEBORA is great person and the house was the best place we have ever stayed. Very clean, very beautiful. Our children didn't want to leave that place! Waking up in the morning leasening birds singing, drinking coffee while looking at the hills full of olive trees and vine is a dream come true!

    Montesportoli was a great location in central Tuscany and...

    Montesportoli was a great location in central Tuscany and has a good road network to reach the popular tourist destinations. There was a large Co-op in the town and plenty of good restaurants in the area. It is a quiet town and is not full of tourists. The views in the area are stunning. If you are looking for a relaxing break and want to do some touring around this is an ideal location.

    The accommodation is at the end of a Strada Bianchi...so the...

    The accommodation is at the end of a Strada Bianchi...so the car gets a bit dusty.... Its location is excellent; trips to the major cities like Volterra are easy to do and at the same time the accommodation is peaceful and quiet. We used the pool every day to freshen up. The house has thick walls so it stays reasonably cool inside. At the pool comfortable beds and chairs and parasols. The kitchen is well equipped with a good fridge.

    We stayed at this hotel for 13 days.

    We stayed at this hotel for 13 days. The surroundings are stunning, But, sadly, the room we got looked nothing at all like the pictures we saw advertised. The room was very spacious though and the bed was lovely to sleep in. The airco worked perfectly. It was cleaned every day, and we got new towels every other day. The decor, though, was severely lacking. No pictures, spotty (new paints applied) ceiling, some mismatched furniture and an ancient chair. There were two lights hanging from the ceiling that were mismatched, utilitarian and gave very harsh lighting, too. The bathroom was extremely narrow, the toilet was squeezed into the space besides the shower stall. There was only a rain shower, that leaked, and no other showerhead to use, The water pressure was low most times. The shelving, though ample, was at an angle, which had stuff sliding off. The worst faux pas in my opinion was the fact that there was no actual toilet roll holder, but some sort of coat hook that was, badly, attached to the wall and basically hanging off one screw. The pool area was super. It is spacious and has ample seating options and parasols. The breakfast was nice, the croissants were lovely and the lady at breakfast was so very sweet. For dinner, the restaurant reserves seating for its guests, so there is always a table available for you. The food was a bit hit-and-miss sometimes, but overall tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a little town, Montespertoli, nearby with a supermarket, restaurants, etc. And if you want to visit towns and cities further afield, you are quickly on the motorway. I would recommend this hotel, due to the location, but only with a better room.

    Very beautiful region.

    Very beautiful region. Good starting point for traveling around Tuscany. Excellent restaurants, with excellent food, for any type of customer, from local cantina-style up to Michelin-star luxury, special attention to i'Bacco Toscano with their excellent staff and atmosphere. The region is not very well updated in Google Maps so don;t rely too much on that, but regular nav-apps are even worse. Nevertheless, signing is pretty good. Local roads are not the best, but this is a general "rule" in Italy, where only the highways are good.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Vacanze Rondini Blu—it was absolutely wonderful. The house was stunning inside, with that authentic Tuscan charm we were hoping for. It was also very spacious, which made our stay as a group of five incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless and surrounding area was absolutely beautiful.A truly relaxing and memorable experience! The owner was really friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips on where to eat in Montespertoli.

    Arrival and departure via bus from Florence - the owner picked me up at the bus station when I arrived and brought me back when I left Montespertoli. Living room - nice sight on the landscape. Montespertoli has a nice place in the middle of the village, with a super market, restaurants and very good ice-cream.
