Mottola is off the beaten track. It's not a tourist town.
Mottola is off the beaten track. It's not a tourist town. It has an attractive setting and views, a nice town square and a small historic area but don't expect Siena or Gallipoli. We went there as a base for exploring the local country and the cave churches (book local tours and guides early).
