I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. What a wonderful experience! This was my first time visiting Venice and this hotel made the trip more memorable. The staff picked us up from the airport complimentary and took us right in front of the hotel. Check in was smooth, and we were able to drop off our bags before our check in time. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating and helped us navigate around the area. We needed to stay an extra night at the last minute and the staff were quick to help. The rooms were well kept (my photo is after I took a quick nap upon arrival), air conditioned, with comfortable beds. The balcony door opens without a screen, which I liked. They have a lovely patio area shown in the first photo. The location is perfect for the island of Murano, as well as to access the main island of Venice via ferry taxi. The restaurants within the hotel had great food and the breakfast buffet is the best morning option on the island. Thank you again for a great stay!

The room was very clean and the decor was typically italian. Staff were helpful. We could leave our luggage upon check-out to enjoy our day. They even provide a space for us to change when picking up our luggages. Quiet area and close to the vaporetto station to get in Venice.

Beautifuly equiped appartment. Spotlessly clean. Excelent location (bakery, fruit store, butcher) on the same street as well as the best gelato in Murano. Close to Coop store and there are many excelent restaurants and bars nearby. Profesionalism of the team at Sleep in Murano company. Excelent and quick communication from representatives who gave us loads of very useful information about Murano. Overall just simply put - Perfect 10!

Great location, all utensils available, very kind owner. The view on the Duomo is top! And there is a restaurant with great food and good prices right at the entrance. Nice babbling of the water in the canal at night :) In my opinion, Murano is the best place to stay in Venice, if you like the Venetian vibe but don't like crowded places.

    This was our second stay in Murano- we really like the retreat from the intensity of Venice. Getting the 3 Day vaporetto ticket enables you to access all parts of the city very readonably and the vaporetto travel through the laguna and the canals is part of the Venetian experience.

A history dating back to the 12th century, it's characterized by traditions, pride, and a warmth that remains hidden to those who can't stop. Discover this island; small as it may be, it can offer you great things along the way.

    About Hotel Hyatt centric Murano.

    About Hotel Hyatt centric Murano. The organization was absolutely zero. The front desk staff were not friendly—especially Marie. There was no proper handover of information. We booked three nights, while our son and his partner, and our daughter and her partner, each booked two nights. We came to the hotel looking forward to celebrating my birthday, but it was a big disappointment from the start. The paid pickup service we had reserved was canceled just 2.5 hours before our arrival. When we entered our room, it was clear someone had already used it. We had to immediately request clean bed sheets. The next day, our son and his partner checked in. Then our daughter and her partner were given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned—they had to be moved to another room. There was construction going on all day from early morning, with lots of dust and wood shavings. When we finally complained, the manager Fabio was understanding and kind. He offered us a 25% discount per night for our room. Since we booked through Booking.com, he said the refund (around €170–180) would be processed through them. However, we haven’t received it yet. He also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast on the last day. The cleaning service was inconsistent—something was always missing, like towels or shampoo. The housekeeping staff were also unfriendly. We had stayed at this hotel several times before it became a Hyatt Centric and were always satisfied. This was our first time staying after the rebranding, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The attitude of the reception staff, especially the women, really needs to improve. And assigning guests to a dirty room is simply unacceptable.

    We stayed in a private home and later in a three star hotel, To enjoy Murano I believe that you must "bite the bullet" pay the price and stay at the Hyatt. It will make all the difference in your visit. Murano is peaceful compared to the mayhem of Venice. But once you have mastered the schedules for the Vaporetto. it is a great base for your Venice adventure.

    Charming small town.

    Charming small town. Not sure later in the year but in April not very crowded. The glass works are very interesting and the shops have many different types. Only a few restaurants open for dinner in the off season so need to plan ahead. Easy transit to the main island of Venice.

    Who needs the overwhelming number of tourists, when you can, go to this Charming Island and walk and walk along the water and stop in the shops and see all the beautiful blown glass everywhere, while still experiencing canals.

    This hotel has a perfectly good location for travel to Venice, also you can get the transfer to the airport by hotel’s boat, cheaper than taxi boat and more comfortable and faster and of course funny than Vaporetto. The breakfast was also good, very good. The hotel is adjacent to a cozy bar with an outdoor terrace where you can find wine and coffee and nice view.

    Nice spacious house with all we needed in Murano. The host was nice. He called local restaurants for us and left milk in the fridge and toast with jam for breakfast for us. The photos are accurate. There is a bakery around the corner and restaurants close by.
