Breakfast was excellent and they even asked if our toddler daughter had any preference. We weren't sure how it would work with a toddler but the staff were lovely and helped us with recommendations. The tiny playground around the corner was perfect.

Wonderful brand-new two bedroom apartment. The rooms with AC were great in the July heat. The bathroom was large and spacious. They had colors, puzzles, toys for little kids (which we didn't use but was thoughtful for families traveling with little ones!). Large bedrooms and a great patio for hanging out on. We enjoyed being able to walk into town for breakfast/dinner. The apartment is a quick drive to some super cute quaint towns! There are two parking options- one covered and one not.

    One of the prettiest wine villages in the Barbaresco region...

    One of the prettiest wine villages in the Barbaresco region (although they are all quite lovely). Surrounded by vineyards and excellent high quality local restaurants in the old centre. A couple of great pizza restaurants in the main village down the hill for when you want something a bit simpler. Many local wine villages to visit by car, although it is possible to walk via the “sentieri” paths if you can find a good map (not easy!). We walked to Barbaresco which was a lovely circular walk (about an hour and a half each way with lots of stops)

    Neive is a small and beautiful hill town that is one of the main Barbaresco villages. There are a few decent restaurants in town. Also, has a few good wine bars. The countryside right outside town is great.

    Neive is one of the nicest villages in Italy and the capital of Barbaresco wine (together with the Barbaresco village itself) which together with Barolo wine are among the two best red wines in Italy. Absolutely recommended for people loving the countryside, nature and good food & wine..

    Nice hill side village.

    Nice hill side village. However tourist beware that food , wine and accommodation are over priced for what is a nice but not marvellous location when compared to what is available in other parts of Italy. In hindsight I think we should have avoided this region of Piemont.

    Margot was very sweet and nothing was too much trouble. The B&B lies just below the centre of Neive, a short walk to the old town. It was so quiet to sleep and the room was spotless and comfy. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and with lots of choice (especially for Italy!). We felt very welcome and would certainly stay again (we would love to be there when warmer to enjoy breakfast outside too!). Thank you Margot for being a lovely host!

    Breakfast was great, delicious! Self service for drinks and wine work perfectly It is about 10 minutes drive to Neive and 20 mins to Alba with lots of options of restaurants We hired a van to take us to Barolo and Barbaresco for wine tasting Wines are good although not as good as Brunellos Definetely recommend the visit, perhaps until November to try truffle hunting

    Everything! Access to the hotel quite easily and parking lot is next to the hotel. The stuff was warm and kind to us. Clean and cozy room with beautiful scenery in Langhe. The neighbor restaurant, UMANO was wonderful. Borgese is the best hotel during our stay in Italy. Thank you for the birthday cake to my husband!
