It's a 10 grade location, not because the building is not a new one, not because some improvements can happen, but a 10 because of the people. People make good things happen and people can mark your vacation in a positive way. The owners are ones of the most hospitable hosts we ever had, the most kind and helpful you can get. The parking had enough spaces, the bike room was safe, the breakfast was enough for our needs, and the room was quiet enough even if we slept with the balcony door open (and we are eager to find quiet rooms, afterall we want to have good sleep during out vacation), and again, the owners are amazing. Staying at Giulia’s countryside home near San Marino was truly wonderful! The location is peaceful and surrounded by stunning nature, yet it’s just a short drive from San Marino. The house is spotless, cozy, and full of charm. Giulia is an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with great tips about the area. I felt at home from the very first moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay!

I loved everything. Nice location In middle of kinda secret garden. Lovely little house with beautiful little details and cozy feeling. I felt I was living in a romantic movie. The owner is so nice and friendly. Definately will return here one day.

Beautiful B&B just a few minutes drive from Novafeltria's main square. The location is breathtaking, the rooms spacious and clean. The host, Emma, was super nice and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay there with my family and will hopefully come back one day!

Arrived for cycling trip with friends followed by sightseeing with wife. Francesca was incredibly helpful in advance and throughout our stay, making everyone's holiday really enjoyable. The property is beautiful and location superb. We arrived late and Francesca had kindly arranged food that was perfect and made out stay a pleasure from start to finish. Have great memories of this great hotel.

    Peaceful small town with nice shops and restaurants. Because it's off the beaten path it's not a tourist town. As such, it was a bit more difficult for us who are not good speaking Italian but the locals are welcoming and helpful.

    This is my second time staying here. It is convenient to events in Novafeltria and the rooms are nicer than most of the other local options. The host is very vivacious and welcoming. The property is best for travelers who don't need much looking after. The breakfast is very plentiful if you order it, but maybe a bit much for multiple days in a row, so I just did cafes in town for coffee in the mornings.

    We were in Novafeltria to visit our daughter who was performing opera. The hotel was very centrally located, quiet, safe and the owner was delightful. Rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. If we are ever in Novafeltria again, we will certainly stay there!

    The host went out of his way to accommodate us with picking us up at bus stop and taking us to an open restaurant to eat and bringing us back to the hotel!!!
