Marlene and her apartment were great. She is so fun, speaks in Italian but somehow you just get it even if you don't know the language. The place is on the ground floor, it's got plenty of space, large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, toiletries, bed linen and towels, wifi. Marlene provided us with a ton of food for breakfast and snacking throughout the day. The area is very nice, with plenty of beautiful hikes in the region. A local lady with a granddaughter offered to take us to an apple orchard which also has baby deers - it was such a lovely experience. A nice bar/restaurant just a few minutes walking distance.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and situated in a very convenient location, close to all transport methods and yet quiet. The hotel is quite modern and everything worked well. We also had a balcony with a view of the lake.

I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel. I give it a five star rating. The staff were welcoming and courteous at all times. the rooms were comfortable and. the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of good quality food. The whole place was top notch. I'll always remember this lovely hotel and plan to return.

Authentic place, you feel fully immersed in the the Italian life of the 19th century, original decorations and furniture are amazing, but beds and bath are modern and very comfortable.
