Nice and quite country house (first floor with separate entrance). Excellent pizzeria just 4 min by car from the hotel. One can hike to the ancient Orino castle by foot directly from there, through some woods and pleasant Italian villages.

Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

I really enjoyed my visit to this hotel. I give it a five star rating. The staff were welcoming and courteous at all times. the rooms were comfortable and. the breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of good quality food. The whole place was top notch. I'll always remember this lovely hotel and plan to return.

The hotel is up on a hill with a gorgeous view of the lake. Our room had a spectacular view — truly one of the highlights of our stay. There are benches all around the yard where you can relax and enjoy the view, and the sunsets were amazing. One evening, we even saw deer walking through the garden — such a nice surprise. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent (worth booking ahead if you're staying over the weekend). The town is only a 20-minute walk away, so it was easy to go explore without taking the car. Everything felt calm and welcoming. We had a great stay and are already looking forward to coming back.
