Everything! The property is located in the city center of Oristano. It has a big yard. The room is clean and beautifully designed in vintage style. The sheets and towels smelled beautiful. The host speaks English fluently, he welcomed us. Breakfast is good, bread, cheese, eggs, butter, Nutella, home made jam, some homemade cakes, best espresso coffee... There are always bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge. There are toys for kids in the yard. Always interesting because you can hangout in the yard and meet with other people.

Great location! Parking is available on the street close to the apartment. Andrea was the perfect host giving us a tour of all the rooms we could occupy and our private room with bath. European breakfast prepared for the time you select. Andrea is an informative host willing to share his lifelong knowledge of the area. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. We found the best way to survive is to have a late lunch before 3:00 pm. We usually ordered enough for a snack at 5 pm with a glass of wine. Enjoy your stay!

Large, comfortable two-room apartment that is suitable for an extended stay. We'll equipped kitchen. Good internet. Very clean. Comfortable bed and thecouch is comfortable enough to sleep on. Nice, large bathroom.with separate tub and shower. Very gracious host went above expectations to make our stay enjoyable. Provided good concierge service, too. Location is really central lin Oristano. Available, inexpensive paid parking nearby.

Everything! Carla is super gracious and welcoming! The apartment is very spacious, clean, well furnished, well equipped and very well located! Very easy to find parking 🅿️ space in the street and very safe. Perfect location also to get to the most amazing beaches around. Also a Beach 🏖️ Umbrella was provided by the host and that is a plus as far most beaches in Sardinia are “wild” and free! Washing machine was also very helpful.

With a car it was about 5 min to the centre of Oristano, so no problem to access. It was everything and more. Your breakfast was delicious and we were so glad to have chosen your place.

A classic hotel in the style of the 1930s and 1940s with elegant wood decor everywhere. The room and bathroom were done in the same style. The lobby and front desk could be straight out of an old movie. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of everything. Free parking on the street and piazza.

Excellent location to visit Oristano and the area. We stayed for only 1 night, the rooms and the hotel look like on the picture, a little bit outdated but you know it when you book it. The bathroom could use some renovation, but overall it was clean. Breakfast was also good, bread, cheese, ham, several cakes, yogurt, cereal, fruits.

Pros: The hotel is very close to the center, making it convenient for exploring. The breakfast was decent, and the free street parking was a bonus. There’s a big supermarket just a minute away, which was very handy. The pool looked inviting, although we didn’t have a chance to use it.

Hostess, Giuseppina was super-super nice. It was such a pleasant stay. She made us amazing breakfast of Sardinia national food. We had huge bathroom with cool room and everything you need in the room. Location super, could walk old town. Parking free around the place. Loved it!

Lovely apartment, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Oristano, which is interesting. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. There is also a large private, sunny courtyard and a secure carport. Would thoroughly recommend. Host is lovely and very helpful.

I liked the quality of the bedroom and bathroom. For almost the same price, during the same period in my vacations (August in Sardinia) I got far less quality in other hotels I used. I liked also the central position of the room compared to the city center.

Amazing atmosphere- every detail was so special and outstanding. Piece of Bali in Sardinia - interior, garden, pool with fishes and turtle.. :) we wished we could stay there couple days more.
