My partner and I stayed here for a night just in between our travelling cities. We had issues with train delays and were running late. Teresa was so lovely over the phone, was cool, calm and collected and helped us get checked in all good for the night. Her English was also really good. She seemed to have a wealth of knowledge of the area and had a spectacular breakfast in the morning before we left.

Returning to this hotel was like coming to old friends or family. Words cannot describe the feeling of safety, comfort, coziness and hospitality you receive from Marina and Carlo. Anything you need can and would be fulfilled by them! They’re happy to help with any issue or problem you have! This time Marina in a blink of an eye helped us with Area C issue. (Our car wasn’t accepted by the system, so she called the operator and solved it!). There were quite a lot of other requests from us, and they were happy to take care of them! Can’t forget to mention absolutely outstanding breakfasts! Fresh, delicious and carefully made with all your preferences! Oh and coffee… I had to stop myself from drinking too much 🙂‍↕️ Rooms are just like home. Like you live there. My mother and I felt so good in our rooms! Very comfy beds , nice shower and just everything you need! We’d love to stay longer! And we will come back! Hopefully soon! At least next year! P.S. if you need a good place to have dinner, you can ask Marina and Carlo for the advice! From me it’s a restaurant Manu pizza. Very close to the hotel. Around 5 minutes walk

"Exceptional stay! The hotel is perfectly located near the airport, which made our travel incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle service was fast and reliable. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds, The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.     We received such a warm welcome by Carmen. She made us feel like we were part of the family. All the staff were also so kind and helpful. The room was very clean, with comfortable bed, soft bed sheets and good pillows. There’s also an amazing scent throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food and delicious coffee. We had a rental car and were thankful for the peace of mind of parking in their underground garage.

    The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. You can park the car inside the property or in the garage in the basement. The location is good but it is better to have a car. By car you can easily visit Bergamo (about 20 min. drive), Leolandia, Crespi sull'Adda or other destinations nearby. Nearby you will find plenty of shopping malls and fast food.

    Unfortunately, we didn't realize that we had to arrive by 9 p.m. We saw that the booking was confirmed so we just headed to the hotel, but it was closed and we didn't get to stay there. It was extremely upsetting. I will be contacting expedia to complain about the fact that they should put the time limits right in the first bit of information.
