It was very great stay in hotel Niagara, we enjoyed New Year’s Eve dinner and selection with fireworks very much. It was great breakfast every morning, free parking, perfect condition to internet, comfy bed, cleaning, handy ski bus stop just around the corner, very friendly and welcoming staff, dinners in Niagara’s restaurant were unforgettable, I’ll definitely get back to stay in same place again next time when I’m in the area.

Chalet Al Foss is a very special hotel with plenty of charm and character. It is located on the road and offers a large parking area, both underground and outdoor, which is perfect for travelers moving between different destinations. The style of the hotel is somewhat eclectic, with a touch of early-2000s glamour vibe noticeable in the interior and even in the merchandise available for purchase. The spa is absolutely outstanding — with a wonderful sauna and excellent service. Throughout the day, guests are treated to little pastries, which makes you feel truly cared for. The only suggestion would be to reconsider the spa soundtrack: instead of relaxing tunes, it sometimes feels more like a party in Ibiza or Mykonos, which can be a bit unusual when you just want to unwind. The atmosphere is made even more magical by the animals around — rabbits, sheep grazing in the morning, and even alpacas. Everything is thoughtfully designed for relaxation. In the rooms, you’ll find fluffy slippers, cozy bathrobes, and charming details that enhance the feeling of comfort. Breakfasts deserve a special mention — they are absolutely fantastic, among the best you can imagine, though the heart-shaped menu design may feel a little kitschy. Overall, the service is wonderful, everything is spotlessly clean, and the hotel creates a truly memorable experience.

    This hotel became our home for three days . Everything was fine , the house was very comfortable . The design of the room was state of the art . We took half board and were very satisfied. The food was national Italian cousin . It was very very tasty and satisfying. Planning out tracks we took help provided by Mike. Mike is an amazing man who shines with his erudition . He is always ready to help in everything . These days have become three days of a fairy tale for us .

    Overall, any of the disadvantages are outweighted by the owners' approach. It is a family hotel run by two brothers and they are very nice. If they improve the breakfast and change wifi settings, it will be perfect.

    Locanda dei gentility was excellent. The inn proprietor was so nice. Had breakfast for us early and was just a wonderful person. I can’t say enough good things. If you are in Ossana this is the place to stay.
