We stayed -for a stopover- one night at Il Borgo Dell’Ulivo and we had a lovely afternoon and evening. Very friendly and kind people, lovely pool and jacuzzi. Dinner and breakfast were also good.

Lovely stay at La Quercetta. There are two beautiful pools with sun loungers all round. The place was beautiful and peaceful - we didn’t leave the complex for 3 days. They had a great selection for breakfast - eggs and bacon, pancakes, croissants, hams, cheeses, cereals, tea, coffee and juices. The dinners were also delicious and you were seated in a beautiful glass enclosure looking over the town of Foligno. Also the rooms look to have been renovated, as they look better than the pictures online.

Absolute great stay. Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

    Pale is a very pleasant small town.

    Pale is a very pleasant small town. Full of a sound of water flowing through the streams, which is so relaxing at night. And due to the mountain localisation, an air temperature is very refreshing at nights even despite the heat during day. In the neighbourhood you can visit picturesque waterfalls and a few kilometers farther, the towns Colfiorito and Rasiglia, which I really recommend. The only shortcoming I found is a problem with parking places inside the town. But please take notice the town was built long before the times everyone has two cars per family :) And it is illuminated so well, that there is no problem to park outside the town and walk back to the flat even at night.
