Lovely spa hotel in the city center, great location (you can visit all the sights by foot), superb interior & very nice staff! But what really made an impression was the breakfast! Amazing buffet with local and fresh delicacies and also an a la carte menu with egg variations, pancakes etc. Would love to come back someday ;)

Everything. The hotel & rooms were clean. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and would highly recommend the spicy Paloma cocktail. It was my birthday the day before our stay and the hotel staff brought me up chocolate dessert and some Prosecco, this was so lovely. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one :)

Palazzo Cartari is a wonderful place. It was a joy to stay there. Perhaps most notably, the staff is friendly, welcoming, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. They all speak excellent English. The location is perfect for visiting the historic center of Palermo. My room was stylish, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully equipped. The breakfast was varied and excellent. There are lots of restaurants close by, and the hotel is within easy walking distance to the Ballarò Market for a wonderful lunch of Palermo's famous street foods. If you want to be close to the historic center when visiting Palermo and its innumerable interests. I can't imagine a better place.
