The owner Fabio is a fantastic host, as well as all the other staf, everybody is friendly and helpful. The whole property is well maintained, nice swimming pool with beds and lots of tables outsite where you can sit. The place is near so many lovely cities (Assissi, Spello, Rasiglia etc). We (a couple of 54 and 52) absolutely loved our stay here so much that we extended twice.

Oasis of rest and peace in Assisi. Upon arrival you are greeted by the lush greenery of the olive trees and vegetable garden. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel is situated in a quiet area of the town but on the other hand we could go out for sightseeing and having dinner in this part of the town. We chose this hotel because it had a parking area and good evaluation of customers. We also found the breakfast good. Personal very attentive and kind. The rooms were clean and cozy.
