Stunning gardens and florals throughout, staff were attentive, helpful from booking to end of stay, rooms were stunning with magnificent views of the lake and balcony. Breakfast is amazing and all leaks were fabulous with sensational quality produce.

Vista B&B is very modern. The manager and owner were amazing in assisting us with what ever we needed. There was a train strike in Italy and the owner organised a driver for us to take us the best station.. They went beyond there services to help us.

The hotel is a little gem: elegant, comfortable and so welcoming, with views to the mountains. Breakfast was abundant and offering some nice specialties and good vegan/vegetarian options. There is a small gym, which could be improved. The staff was truly exceptional: efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We got great tips for visiting nearby areas and could check-in before noon even, within an hour since booking (we had hastily left a nearby accommodation with an inappropriate owner). The dinner options were also good and decently priced. Rooms ar not very big but offer all the comfort you need and the bathrooms have a very elegant and modern design. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is free parking on the site. We can only recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it whenever we are nearby.

It is really quiet hotel owned by one family for over a hundred years. Staff is really helpful and breakfasts are good. This was the first place where I woke up hearing birds singing at my window 😂like fairytale

This is a lovely hotel. Easy parking. Great owner and staff and extremely welcoming. Lovey room with amazing views. Good food and wine onsite. You do have to drive to the lovely village of Orta San Guilo as it's just a little far to keep popping down.

Excellent location and easy to get to from the Milian airport. The front desk staff went above and beyond to facilitate our family. We have an 11 month old and they were incredible helping us meet her needs. The pool facility is wonderful. The views are 10/10. So easy to walk every where.

    We stayed in Alzo, part of Pella apparently, but its own little village up the hill somewhat on the west side of Lago d'Orta. The square looks over the lake: fantastic view with a small village feeling. Post office, lodging choices, church, dining (Osteria del Gallo), bank, all a short drive down to Pella or up more to the homes and sights high above.

    There are many wonderful boutique hotels with great accommodations and exceptional views, but what sets Casa Fantini apart is their front of house staff. From the moment you arrive, they create such a genuine sense of welcome and such excellent and unobtrusive service. By example, they become the standard for all the hotel's support staff. Truly, one of our best experiences in our many decades of travel.

    - location (Pella is beautiful and the appartment is 5mins walk from the lake) - spacious - fully equiped - big bathroom with good shower and washing machine - very nice host with good tips - nice outdoor garden - free parking (on the street) - next to a really nice place for sandwiches and pizza to take away - 5 mins drive per car or bike from the beach

    Fantastic location at the lakes edge and between two nearby ferry stops. Easy to get to Orta San Giulio by ferry while being able to enjoy a more peaceful time a little off the main tourist trail in Pella.
