The Instructions on how to access the property were very clear and concise. Our host was very helpful, particularly when I had an Alzheimer's moment and could not work out how to use the shower, our host responded promptly to my silly enquiry. The owner also gave us tips on the area as well. The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped with all utensils needed, The complimentary bottle of bubbles was enjoyed on the balcony watching the sunset over the lake. The bus stop was very close by, as were a deli/mini mkt/butchery, and a great little bar called Peppo's bar, where the drinks are very affordable and you don't feel like you're being ripped off by tourist prices. The locals in this village we ever so friendly. Id happily come and stay here again

The location of the villa was perfect. The parking was easy to find, and all the instructions and information provided were clear and helpful. Entry to both the apartment and the garage worked flawlessly. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for a family trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. Having been to Lake Como before, I knew exactly what I was looking for - spacious apartment with a lake view from bedroom windows, big balcony and a close lake view. The peaceful sunsets from the terrace were amazing. Despite the road and parking below, it was quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect for us - about an hour from Malpensa, Milan, and Lugano. We even made it to Venice! Most of the drive is smooth highway, with just a bit of winding road at the end. The host was lovely and gave great tips for shops and restaurants, though keep in mind if you arrive late, the nearest open store is about 30 minutes away. Free parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend the apartment, the host, and the overall experience!

The B&B is on walking distance of the lake , close to bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly; the Italian breakfast is served on the terrace or inside. The modern renovated room and bathroom are in excellent condition.

Everything was great. Location - after spending 6 nights in Como I am absolutely positive that it would be difficult to find a better location in Como. Staff - everyone was just fantastic - helpful, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Nicoletta for her professionalism and hospitality. Room - nice and spacy. Breakfast was very tasty. One could feel that the best quality products were used for cooking.

    Small town on the side of Lake Como, there was a very good little inexpensive restaurant with views of the lake next to Villa Lario which was excellent. 10 mins in car to Bellagio. Stayed at Villa Lario, beautiful hotel.

    Amazing location in an old village up on the hill, close to the bus stop and a little bar and supermarket, with stunning views across the lake from the living room and garden. The house had everything you could need - open fire, great shower, heating, comfy beds, washing machine clean and spotlessly clean. And Barbara and Adriano were the most amazing hosts with great communication, a lift up the stairs with our heavy bags and cute little dogs.

    It’s in a beautiful village with incredible views over the lake. The property itself is really well appointed - everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking at home (the deli down the hill is amazing!). Even the sofa bed is comfortable! The terrace overlooking the lake is perfect for sunset drinks.

    The property was done up really really well! The location was bang on-point if you want to be a little away from the madness. Equidistant from Como and Bellagio both. Simpler to stay here if you’ve a vehicle, otherwise the buses can be unpredictable.
