Giacomo was so friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. View was amazing. Breakfast was great. Easy distance from city centre, withing walking distance but very easy bus route into town.

There is pretty much nothing to fault. The stay was amazing. Our stay in this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The rooms are in a beautiful medieval palace in the heart of Siena. It is quite a small hotel, which makes it feel very homely and cozy. The room was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that one would expect from this price range. What struck me particularly was how big the rooms were, how clean and how big and comfortable the bathtub was. In the morning there was an incredible breakfast spread waiting for us downstairs. But the most special thing about the hotel were the employees. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable and positive. Thank you all so much! You deserve a pay rise.

The staff are fantastic. We were blown away by the level of service provide by the front desk staff, the breakfast staff and even the maintenance staff who had yo reset our room circuit breaker. The hotel is wonderful and the central location in Siena is unbeatable.

The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets were provided. Breakfast was substantial with a range of choices. The common lounge area was a great place to sit for Aperolspritz on a rainy evening.

We had a great stay here while in Siena. Our room had an amazing view of the Duomo. I think the location is perfect, really close to the historical city center, restaurants and parking places (they gave us a map to show us where we can park for free). The breakfast was also really good, it had everything you needed. They also let us leave our luggage there for free after checkout since we wanted to explore the city a little bit more. Definitely recommend!
