We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

The staff was super nice, very accommodating, very efficient as well. When I booked I didn't include the children, and didn't realize until checking in and the lady that greeted us was so hospitable, she made us two extra beds in less than 10 minutes. And the restaurant was great too, not too many dishes on the menu and the few that we tasted were delicious.

We stayed for one night as a young couple on a low budget and appreciated several aspects of the property. The house was fully equipped and came with a generous selection of food and drinks for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. Wonderful village on the lake with lots of culture and history. The promenade is wonderful day and night. The walk along the river and the playground were highlights for my family. We loved the old town and the beautiful churches. We will be coming back!

Porlezza was a quiet and very relaxing place to stay.

Porlezza was a quiet and very relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed shopping at the local butchers and grocery stores as we cook a lot. The city is very easy to navigate and has a beautiful lakeside location. The locals were quite helpful and mostly friendly.

Perfect place to stay in Porlezza, with an amazing view from the balcony, close to everything ,beach,downtown, and restaurants. The staff are just amazing, helpful, and professional. Very good breakfast . Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Toiletries, big bathroom. Parking place on site. Will definitely return back. Booked for one night, then stayed 5 nights.

It is a really nice hotel. The staff was always there with a big smile, ready to serve and help. The parking was big enough and you always find a place. It was something between private and public parking. It looked safe, though. The breakfast was really good as well. It was a pleasant stay. I have nothing bad to say

Great communication with Davide, the check-in was super easy and flexible. The appartment is perfect for 1-2 persons and has everything you need, also for cooking some meals! It’s located very central in Porlezza, I enjoyed the stay.
