Very quiet, friendly staff, very good breakfast with many options and delicious coffee. Big room with comfortable bed, perfect air conditioning, everything was clean. The staff gave us useful information about good eateries with pizza and others. The atmosphere of the ancient convent was impressive !

A Gem in Ravenna – Villa Roncuzzi is Pure Perfection Villa Roncuzzi is an absolute treasure. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an impeccably clean, beautifully maintained space that exudes charm and comfort. Once a historical convent, it has been sympathetically and tastefully renovated, striking the perfect balance between old-world elegance and modern convenience. Every detail speaks of care and quality. Crisp, fresh, white cotton linen is everywhere—on the beds, in the bathrooms, and even in the dining areas. The towels are luxuriously soft, with extra ones thoughtfully offered for the swimming pool. The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. It’s perfect for a summer getaway by the pool, but equally inviting in winter thanks to its cosy relaxation lounge. It is located near the highway and is good for one night stay. It provides typical Italy breakfast, but if you ask, you can also get ham and salami as well. The owner is very friendly and helpful,the food in resteraunt is delicious. In the nearby there is E Charging station.

Lovely decoration with extra large rooms and super comfortable beds. Wonderful dinner and breakfast. The hosts are so friendly . It was a rest stp on our way north, but will be back for a longer stay to enjoy the comfort and beautiful quiet rural surrounds.

On the slopes of a beautiful and secluded valley, Max and Lori have built a magnificent guest house. The living space is spacious and well-equipped, and from the observation deck there is an amazing view, which may in itself be worth coming to the place. The photos of the guest house reflect exactly what is in it; the level of maintenance of the facilities is high; Max and Lori themselves are amazing hosts; Lori's breakfast is made from local ingredients, in variety and quality that surpasses any breakfast served in other similar places on our trips. I hope Max and Lori maintain the high standard over time. If so, this is a place to return to in the future.

This is a beautiful place in a very quiet location. The pool is fantastic and the rooms very comfortable. The host Carmelo is indefatigable and he is always working on maintaining the property and offering help (like recommending local restaurants and booking them for us). We will come back!
