We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place nestled in the heart of nature. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast prepared by our lovely host. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding kindness and warmth of the owners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and clean retreat surrounded by nature – with truly exceptional hosts.

Perfect perfect perfect. We stayed one week, traveled a lot from there, room was very spacious and very comfortable bed, all clean. Pool was a very good idea, sadly it has working hours 9am-8pm.

We visited Radicondoli to attend a wedding at a nearby venue. The Radicondoli House apartment is located in a central position within a gorgeous Tuscan village. Our host (Giovanna) could not have done more for us, she responded instantly to any questions we had. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed and more, included fans which were essential as it was incredibly hot when we visited. The village has two exceptional restaurants within walking distance, La Pergola in particular has magnificent sun set views over the Tuscan hills. Car parking was very easy and free throughout our stay. We cannot rate Radicondoli house highly enough and would love to stay again on any future visit to the area.

- overstaffed, but in a good way, there's always someone everywhere to assist you in need, very professional all of them - great spa area for relaxing - big infinity pool with a nice view over the valley - nice view from the rooms - comprehensive breakfast, a lot of fruits, juices, cheese selection - a lot of free activities included (bike rides, focaccia / cocktail lessons, wine tasting) and various small complimentary gifts

Loved the location, walking distance to the charming village of Casole d'Elsa and easy drive to all the Tuscan attractions. The propoerty had beautiful panaroma of the tuscan countryside and created a very relaxed atmosphere. The onsite resturant was fabulous and some of the best meals we have had in Tuscany. Maurizio the property manager was an excellent host, very friendly, informative and responsive to his guest's needs.

Romantic property with spacious and very clean apartments! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - always charming and effort! For group trips we highly recommend the theme nights Antonio offers - the food was very delicious and the house wines excellent! Don't forget to try the house olive oil, it is very tasty. We combined our family vacation with our wedding celebration - everything was perfectly arranged and organized! Many thanks to the "Borgo Il Poggiaccio -Team" for the wonderful time! You have done a great job!

    A delightful, friendly and welcoming village in the stunning Tuscan countryside. Fantastic restaurants with one in particular (La Pergola) providing amazing sunset views over the Tuscan hills. Agriteca near the village church was also wonderful, with amazing food, wine and service.

    The villa is in an amazing location with the most breathtaking views possible. The garden is beautiful with lots of seating areas and a lovely pool The house is comfortable and well appointed The drive down is very steep When you are there you feel totally alone in the beautiful Tuscan countryside but the village is only a short walk up the (very steep) hill. There are 2 restaurants and bars, a supermarket, bakery, butchers, pharmacy, cashpoint and doctor all within walking distance

    Exceptional location with a breathtaking view on the Tuscany rolling hills. But above all, the personality of its owners, Erminio and Lucia, philosophers as well as outstanding cooks : when you listen to the menu being described, it's like poetry and a promise to exquisite discoveries (try the Cobb Cappuccino and you'll know). This really was "the" highlight of our three week trip to Italy this summer.

    Beautiful old farmhouse kept in it’s traditional tuscan style, but with the added creature comforts. The views from the terrace are absolutely divine & the hotel offers set menu dinner on top of your breakfast should you wish. Communication was spot on, our stay was just super easy from start to finish. The town, Radicondoli is charming & only a short walk (albeit up a steep hill).

    The most beautiful place set in the middle of a forest, with a beautiful and clean pool, and the most amazing view of the tuscan hills and a small castle.... The villas are fully renovated with everything you need, with a beautiful terrace surrounded with lavander and rosemary bushes. The staff was very nice... We had a lovely time!
